Honda VT700 Bobber Exhaust

I had the crazy pleasure of creating this exhaust system for Stan and his amazing Honda VT700 Bobber. I’d seen and been a part of the evolution of this bike so when Stan came to me with a sketch of and exhaust that he wanted I said “sure”. The front cylinder was pretty easy but the rear header wrapped around the front header to create a crazy look but also added much needed length to the rear pipe. In the end it was only 1/2″ shorter than the front pipe. This was made from 1 1/2″ 316 1.6mm S/S into a 2″ Supertrapp shortie.
